By accessing our website, purchasing a product or service, joining a program, or otherwise engaging with our content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.

1. Overview of services

Reinvention Works may offer one-on-one coaching, group coaching calls, live cohort programs, online courses, workshops, speaking engagements, digital downloads, books, newsletters, organizational partnerships, and related educational resources.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that a parent or legal guardian has authorized your use of the service if you are under 18. You also represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that you will not use the website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

3. Payments, refunds, and cancellations

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, payment is due in full before access is granted to paid services or products. We may use third-party payment processors such as Stripe or other secure providers. We do not store full payment card details on our website unless explicitly disclosed by the payment provider.

If a product or program includes a refund, cancellation, or payment-plan policy, that policy is presented on the relevant sales, checkout, booking, or enrollment page, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If no separate refund policy is presented for a specific offer, purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. 4. Coaching, educational, and peer-led disclaimer

Our services are peer-led, educational, informational, and coaching-based. They are not medical care, mental health treatment, crisis counseling, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. We do not guarantee any specific personal, business, emotional, financial, or health outcome.

5. User responsibilities and acceptable use

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, license, sell, share, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse our content except as expressly allowed in writing. You agree not to interfere with the security or operation of the website, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, impersonate another person, or use our community spaces in a harmful or disruptive way. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on Reinvention Works, including text, graphics, frameworks such as the Reinvention Reset™ System, downloads, course materials, video and audio content, branding, and site design elements, is owned by Evocut Dynamics LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
