Accessibility at Reinvention Works™
This program was built by and for the disability community. Accessibility is not an add-on. It is the foundation.
Our commitment
As a disability-informed company, accessibility is not just a legal requirement, it is a core value. This work was designed by and for the disability community, led by founder Shay Edmonds. We believe everyone deserves access to identity-reconstruction resources, and we are committed to making our website, programs, and services accessible to people with diverse abilities, assistive technologies, and lived realities.
This statement reflects our ongoing efforts to ensure ReinventionWorksOnline.com is usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology, have cognitive or sensory disabilities, or need flexible access options.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Visual accessibility
Contrast meeting WCAG 2.1 AA, scalable text, and color-independent design.
Cognitive accessibility
Clear navigation, consistent layout, plain language, and no decorative noise.
Motor accessibility
Large click targets and generous spacing. No time-limited interactions unless truly necessary.
Motion & sensory sensitivity

3-Day Reinvention Reset™
Platform: Zoom. Session structure: designed for energy variability. Cameras are optional. Rest is not failure. Completion means attending two of the three live sessions, so a hard day does not cost you your spot.
Materials: visible labels rather than placeholder-only form fields, and descriptive error messages announced to screen readers.
Honest about where we are.
We are actively working on enhanced captioning and transcripts for recorded content, and improved form error messaging. If you hit a barrier we have not listed, tell us. The people this was built for are part of how we evaluate it.
